• Printing the text to choral selections in the bulletin is a useful practice
• Any reprinting of copyrighted material must only be done with permission from the copyright holder
• Any recording of copyrighted material must only be done with permission from the copyright holder
• Allow sufficient time to secure all copyright permissions in writing
• Allow for the possibility of some royalty fees when budgeting
